Double Disc Refiner

Our Double Disc Refiner is is an ideal pulping system for continuous process. Specially designed rotary disc is self aligned automatically under the function of stock. According to refining requirement, clearance is adjustable through electromechanical device.

Super Screen

Our Super Screen is designed from 3D simulation and fluid analysis technology, which provides high stickies removal efficiency, high throughput, high reliability and energy saving. Optimized rotor and screen basket design makes fiber sufficiently fluidized thus higher screening efficiency.

Agitator

Our Agitator is a designed for pulp chest, working in different consistency. Vane adopts advanced design, powerful thrust, sanforizing, the angle can be adjusted according to different pulp and different consistency. This can adopt mechanical sealing. Make stock more uniform, low energy consumption.
